2026 ushers a new chapter for MIMS as the company welcomes Sohil Goswami as its new CEO. Below, he shares his new year message to all MIMS colleagues, and to our clients and partners across the region.

As we begin the year, I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into the role of CEO, MIMS Group and to help guide the organisation into its next chapter.
MIMS has built a remarkable legacy over many decades and today stands as a market leader across healthcare communities in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and other prominent markets. The scale of what we do, the breadth of our reach, and the depth of our relationships across healthcare systems is truly unique.
At the heart of everything we do is a clear purpose — empowering healthcare communities to improve patient outcomes. That purpose continues to guide our decisions and priorities.
At the same time, the environment around us is changing quickly. Expectations are rising, technology is advancing, and the pace of innovation continues to accelerate. To continue leading, we must be willing to evolve how we work while staying true to what makes MIMS trusted and respected.
