
Sohil Goswami is the Chief Executive Officer of MIMS Group, leading the organisation’s mission of empowering healthcare communities to improve patient outcomes across Pacific, Southeast Asia, Middle East and beyond. He is guiding MIMS Group through its next phase of evolution—shaping a more digital, connected, and insight-driven platform for healthcare knowledge, publishing, and professional engagement.
With deep expertise in digital transformation, corporate strategy, and value-chain redesign, Sohil has spent almost 20 years working across Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia, partnering with diverse teams to modernise complex businesses. His career spans leadership roles at NEC Corporation and Deloitte Consulting in Japan, and Nomura Group in Singapore, where he drove large-scale transformation initiatives in fast-changing markets.
Since joining MIMS Group in 2019, Sohil led the transformation of the Listing Business Vertical, later expanding his scope to lead the Clinical Decision Solutions Vertical. His focus has been on re-imagining products and business models, accelerating digital innovation, and reshaping commercial and delivery capabilities to support long-term, sustainable growth.
Sohil holds an MBA in Strategy and Organisation from the National University of Singapore, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) and is fluent in business Japanese (JLPT N1).

Tatsuya is the President of Recruiting Services in MIMS. He leads regional teams in providing recruitment services and placement of healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals in Asia Pacific.
Tatsuya began his career at MIMS’s parent company, Senior Marketing System (SMS) Co. Ltd. in Japan in 2007 as a Sales Representative of Media Division. He quickly progressed to become the Marketing Manager of Media Planning Division in 2008 and then the Product Manager of Care Vision. He became the Business Development Manager of Overseas Division in 2013 and was the Director of SMS Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore for 2 years before joining MIMS Group in 2017.
Tatsuya has more than a decade of experience in Business Development and Management of Medical and IT sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at Saitama University, Japan.

As President, Medical Marketing Strategic Unit, Cassie's focus is on driving the strategic growth of the Medical Communications and Marketing Platform business units.
Following a degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Cassie embarked on a marketing career in the pharmaceutical industry. With a reputation for commercial success, Cassie held positions ranging from Brand Manager to Marketing Director within top-tier pharmaceutical companies and ground-breaking biotech organisations.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Cassie relocated to Singapore in 2011 and with it came a move into medical communications, and ultimately, MIMS Group.
Under Cassie’s leadership, the team have built a reputation for excellence – forging strategic partnerships with clients in healthcare to deliver world class services across Asia and beyond.

Yaz is the Executive Vice President, Platform Solutions, leading the planning, development and operations of medical information and education service at MIMS.
Yaz started his career as a software engineer and R&D researcher at Rakuten, a major e-commerce company in Japan. He also spent time as a project manager at a digital marketing development firm, Information Services International-Dentsu.
In the last six years, he moved over to the business side – handling global partner alliances, post-merger integrations, business turnarounds and accelerations for an online beauty media and fashion e-commerce business in Japan.
Yaz is now based in Singapore after joining MIMS in 2022.
He has a PhD in Applied Physics in The University of Tokyo and a Bachelor in Physics from Osaka University.

Leading the Australasian region, Robert has several roles – CEO & Executive Director for MIMS Australia and MIMS New Zealand (ANZ), CEO and Executive Director of eHealthWise Services and currently a Board Member of the MSIA (Medical Software Industry Association) in Australia.
His corporate responsibility is to drive the strategy, P&L, growth and operations across these 3 Asia-Pacific businesses, working closely with our Group CEO and Executive Team (Singapore HQ).
Robert led the acquisition of eHealthwise Services in January 2014 to SMS Co Limited, and assisted our Tokyo HQ team with the October 2015 MIMS Group acquisition.
Robert continues to focus on M&A opportunities across the region and has worked with our Shareholder owners, SMS Co, since 2013.
Robert is University Degree qualified – Bachelor of Commerce (Majors in; International Business, Technology delivery, Strategy/Marketing/Advertising/Brand Building) – he provides MIMS with 25 years of diverse skills; with significant APAC experience, Board Leadership, Corporate Governance and IP Commercialization across Public and Private Companies.

Wai Fun is the Director for Product, IT and Editorial of Clinical Decision Solutions (CDS). She leads a dynamic and passionate team with deep clinical and data management expertise in the development, delivery and support of evidence-based products.
She began her career at MIMS in 1997 and has 25+ years of experience in handling a diverse range of operational functions: medical publishing, database management, business development, applications development, delivery management, and institutional sales and marketing.
Wai Fun is a Singapore registered pharmacist, holds a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from NUS-ISS and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Jackson is an APAC experienced business development and marketing professional with a proven track record in scientific research publishing and medical communication industries. He currently leads the business development team and is responsible in driving a customer centric and high-performing culture, enabling MIMS to offer best-in-class and innovative medical communication and education services to meet clients’ business objectives.
Prior to joining MIMS, Jackson held various roles including sales, marketing and product design for research and integrated content solutions at global publishing companies Elsevier and Wiley, supporting health institutions, life science and pharmaceutical companies with diverse needs – clinical research and publication, medical education and clinical decision support.
Jackson has an MBA at University of Michigan and B.S. in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.

As Regional Commercial Excellence Director, Karen is responsible for steering business expansion and providing sales excellence leadership. Boasting over a decade of industry experience spanning healthcare, FMCG, and consumer loyalty sectors, she possesses a versatile skill set encompassing new business development, team leadership, and commercial management.
Her career highlights include serving as a Country Head in Malaysia and later as Regional Business Development Lead for a digital startup, where she played a role in propelling the growth of a leading medical education and knowledge-sharing platform. Furthermore, her roles as a commercial leader in healthcare-focused firms underscore her expertise in market management.
Karen’s extensive experience across diverse industry segments enhances her strategic acumen. With qualifications in Bachelor of Laws and Certificate of Legal Practice, she consistently contributes to the industry through a unique blend of leadership, innovation, and customer-centric focus.

Awi earned his MD from the University of the Philippines Manila and trained in emergency medicine. Writing and editing professionally since 1998, he brings valuable scientific insight and thought leadership in service of MIMS’s regional and global healthcare clients. His professional experience encompasses private healthcare financing, health policy development, and meeting management and organization.
Awi has more than 15 years of experience in organizing and managing advisory board meetings and scientific communication workshops across multiple therapy areas, connecting world-leading experts in oncology, pain medicine, neurology, urology and rheumatology. He has facilitated the work of numerous consensus groups resulting in several landmark publications, including the latest Asia Pacific guidelines on the management of rheumatoid arthritis (2019), axial spondyloarthritis (2019), and rheumatic diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic (2021), and the Hong Kong consensus recommendations on the management of hepatocellular carcinoma (2015, 2018, 2022).
Awi is a board-certified Editor in the Life Sciences (ELS) and is one of only 152 medical writers worldwide who have earned the Medical Writer Certified (MWC) credential of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).

Teresa is the Client Service Planning Director who leads the design of insight-driven digital and multichannel strategies to ensure content and experience is relevant and engaging to healthcare professionals.
Teresa graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and a Master Degree in Business Administration before embarking on a career in Sales and Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. She held various positions ranging from sales and brand management in Hong Kong to digital marketing in mainland China. In her previous role as a digital marketer, she was the digital consultant to initiate and lead many new digital initiatives.

Rio is a well-rounded healthcare marketer with a wealth of experience in client servicing and commercial excellence. With a background of working in several integrated marketing communication healthcare agencies, Rio has led strategic business development and project management at MIMS, ensuring a high standard of client services. He possesses extensive expertise in healthcare marketing planning and implementation.
He is also leveraging his experience in client services, along with his strategic mindset, to drive commercial excellence initiatives and contribute to regional business development.

Brandon Christopher Smith serves as the Deputy Regional Business Director, MIMS Platform Solutions.
Leading business development across Southeast Asia with direct oversight of Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Indonesia, while co-leading strategic support for the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. In this role, he drives new commercial opportunities, provides regional direction, and strengthens collaboration with internal teams to support the continued growth of the MIMS Listing business.
His focus is on protecting the existing MIMS Listing revenue base while driving new growth under the Platform Solutions ecosystem, supporting regional market alignment and strategic pivots to ensure long-term sustainability of the Listing business.
With over 10 years of experience, Brandon brings a strong background across Oil & Gas commercial strategy, government-linked digital transformation, and platform business development, with a track record in launching new product initiatives, driving revenue growth, and repositioning legacy offerings into scalable digital-led solutions.


Jimmy Young is responsible for Australia and New Zealand’s Acute Care business and has been with MIMS Group for 10 years. The acute care portfolio consists of all hospitals, technology partners, education, research and aged care.
Jimmy started his career in ehealth and health informatics with 20 years industry experience working with leading clinical and technology corporations that include DXC Technology and Orion Health promoting clinical solutions to various healthcare providers, insurers and government. In each of these roles he was involved in designing business strategy, product development from conceptual design right through to marketing, sales, training and implementation.


Kumar leads the Primary Care business unit for Australia and New Zealand as the Business Development Director. Under his leadership, the MIMS Primary Care business unit for ANZ develops the account strategy and business plan, both internally and in partnership with our clients.
He is responsible for driving strategic engagement and growing commercial relationships with our clients; to increase new sales and revenue of each account in accordance with targets and leverage our strong brand and relationships with each client to drive growth in ANZ and look for new opportunities.
Kumar applies knowledge of the business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth. He has a proven track record in developing strong, high level business relationship within the account and establish dialogue, to connect more deeply into the client to provide knowledge and solutions.
Kumar was a Medical Editor with MIMS for over 2 years before joining the business team and has deep knowledge and understanding of the editorial process and MIMS database.
Prior to joining MIMS, Kumar led a team in Primary Care community pharmacy in Sydney as a manager and specialized in working with Residential Aged Care facilities for nearly 10 years.
Kumar has a BPharm with Honours from The University of Auckland.


Dawn is the Director of Operations for CCM Australia. Having built the Australian arm of the business over two decades from scratch, Dawn’s expertise has developed through the recruitment of healthcare professionals, to team building/management, and ultimately domestic and international business development.
Dawn’s skillset is unique and comprehensive. It encompasses executive management, business development and an unparalleled knowledge of the practices, policies and procedures of the medical recruitment industry. In a career spanning two decades and 3 continents (the Middle East, UK/Ireland and Australia/New Zealand), her proudest achievement is the dedicated team of high performing professionals who facilitate Australasian-based recruitment throughout the Middle East, Europe. Dawn’s development of the domestic market now sees recruitment volumes into Australian medical facilities surpass those of the Middle East.
Originally from Ireland, in 2004 Dawn relocated to Australia and was responsible for the start-up of CCM Recruitment in Australia. Under Dawn’s leadership, the team are now working with clients who represent the largest and best-known healthcare institutions in the Middle East, Ireland, Channel Islands and Australia. Lara has been working in the healthcare communicationss field since she graduated from the East China University of Science and Technology.
In the past 10 years, she has been working in MIMS Group and had experienced different type of works: from ad-hoc projects like medical writing, conference and event implementation to overall brand strategy consultant and promotion campaign generation. Her broad connection to the market and in-depth understanding about the critical needs of target audience, enable her to provide insights to client during collaborations.
As a leadership member, Lara inspires her team and brings a wealth of experience to them. She has a good command of clients and internal management ability, which ensured the continued growth and development of our client partnerships.


Luni has been working for more than a decade since he graduated form Kansai International University in Japan, and for the last 7 years he has been working in the headhunting industry.
In 2018,he joined MIMS Career Business Team and engaged in the medical talent introduction industry. He is open-minded and optimistic, and he can properly handle difficult and stressful situations.
As the leader of his team, he leads his team in building relationships with customers, providing solutions and meeting needs.



Takuya has more than more than 10 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment industry.
He started his career with SMS Co., Ltd. in Japan in 2009 and worked with MIMS since 2017.


Christine is the Senior Business Director of Drug Listing for Hong Kong & Singapore. She is a dynamic veteran with 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical marketing services industry.
Christine joined MIMS Group in 1991 and served in a variety of sales and marketing roles in medical journals, custom publications and drug directories for Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. She held positions of Advertising Sales Manager, Business Manager, Marketing Services Manager, and Head of Division in the earlier years.
Apart from overseeing the Listing services in Hong Kong, Christine is also responsible for key account management of Japanese, European and US pharmaceutical companies.
Christine obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Department of Chinese Literature, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1988.


Sigourney first graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in hotel and catering management; she then obtained a bachelor’s degree in business studies from DeMontfort University in 2005; and her master’s degree in healthcare system management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2012.
Sigourney has over 20 years of experience in meeting & conference management, including 7 years with the Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong, and her first 4 years with MIMS (2003–2007). Sigourney performed senior administrative roles for the Hong Kong Dermatology and Laser Centre and the Department of Ophthalmology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong before rejoining MIMS in 2011 as Head of Congress and CME Division.


Tarun Mataney is an experienced business leader with over two decades of expertise in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across India and the Middle East. As Assistant Business Director at CIMS Medica (MIMS International), he drives regional growth by building strong collaborations with leading hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare technology providers.
Tarun has extensive experience in developing digital healthcare solutions, clinical decision support initiatives, and large-scale Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in partnership with global medical associations and healthcare institutions. Known for his strong stakeholder relationships and strategic execution, he has consistently delivered sustainable revenue growth while leading high-performing teams and expanding CIMS Medica’s presence across the MENA region.
He holds a dual specialisation in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management, New Delhi.





Sonali Deshmukh is the Associate Business Director for the Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Division at MIMS, leading strategic growth and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
With over 18 years of experience in healthcare business development and sales, she brings strong expertise in digital health transformation, strategic management, customer relationship leadership, and product positioning. Sonali has a proven track record of building high-value partnerships and scaling clinical decision support solutions across diverse healthcare ecosystems.
Driven by results and innovation, she is passionate about advancing safer, smarter healthcare through technology while continuously exploring new opportunities for sustainable growth.


Ruth is responsible for leading the marketing team of Drug Listing in Indonesia. She has been in MIMS Group for more than 10 years and is also involved in the editorial processes, production and distribution of drug reference books and publications in Indonesia.
Ruth is trained as a chemist working in quality control department before moving on to marketing roles in PT. Geoservices and PT. Sumber Mitra Agung Jaya. She brings with her years of marketing experience to MIMS Indonesia team.


Taiki serves as the President of PT. Senior Marketing System Indonesia, specializing in medical advertising solutions with a primary focus on B2C markets within the FMCG industry in Indonesia. In his role, Egawa is responsible for overseeing the company’s business growth, leading strategic planning, financial monitoring, and managing client relations.
Before joining PT. Senior Marketing System Indonesia, Egawa held the position of a field manager at a Japanese marketing company. Following the successful sale of the marketing company to a listed entity, he joined SMS Medical Ad as the General Manager to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
In 2024, he was appointed to the role of President of PT. Senior Marketing System Indonesia.


With 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Peggy has recently stepped into the role of Associate Business Development Director of MedComms and MPF. Her career is built on a solid foundation of business development and commercial strategy, sharpened during her time at MIMS and DQ with a focus on high-impact medical marketing.
During her tenure at AZ, she led her team to achieve market leadership in targeted segments. Beyond commercial growth, she has successfully managed diverse cross-functional projects with a constant focus on operational efficiency and strategic alignment. She believes that success is driven by a Consultative and Diagnostic Approach, moving with a deep understanding of the current situation and the "why" behind it. By applying this Gap Analysis framework, she leads her team to identify specific unmet needs before proposing any solution.
An MBA graduate from Coventry University, she operates with the clear philosophy that there is no "standard approach" for each client. By combining deep client insight with a sense of urgency, she ensures her team moves effectively to deliver real impact for both the clients and the healthcare community.


Kennesri has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a backrgound in Public Relations and Sales Management. She has close to 20 years’ experience in managerial roles across multiple industries – including real estate, automotive and hotel management – prior to venituring into the healthcare industry. Kennesri has been instrumental in developing new strategies for Melorita Healthcare, resulting in quicker processing of candidates and envisioning the onbording process. She was promoted to the role of Director in 2018.



Elvie is the Business Director of Listing Division in Malaysia and Singapore.
She started her career at MIMS in 2014 as a Business Manager and have since grown within the company, advancing from Senior Business Manager to Group Business Manager to her current role.
With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer relationship management, Elvie is passionately persistent in exploring new opportunities and tackling challenges.



Nigel leads the Client Services and Project Delivery teams for Singapore and Malaysia for MedComms. His key role is to ensure client service excellence across projects ranging from publications, events and digital projects.
Nigel has gained health communications experience across 3 APAC markets, having worked both with big pharma and global health communication agencies. His area of expertise is in brand strategy, multi-channel marketing, creative communications across various health communication verticals ranging from HCP, Consumer, OTC, DTP, Public Health and Publications.
His experience in communications has also given him a deep understanding on Consumer and HCP behaviors, developing targeted messaging strategy and in optimising the offline and online communication solutions for health brands.


Richard is the Country Representative of MIMS Philippines, at the same time he serves as the Business Director for Medical Marketing in Philippines.
Richard has over 25 years of experience and success within the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of General Management, Leadership, Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Management, and Business Development. He started his career at GlaxoSmithKline where he helped launch some of GSK’s biggest brands, including Seretide, Augmentin and Virlix. Prior to his current position, Richard served as Country Manager for two multinational companies: Dexa Medica and Alkem Laboratories, Ltd. He was heavily involved in helping them launch their subsidiaries in the Philippines and improving their competitiveness in the market. His in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry helps him in recognizing issues and providing solutions for the different pharmaceutical companies, especially now that he is with one of the biggest healthcare media agencies in the Asia Pacific Region.


Charie is currently the President of Medical Staffing Resources Inc. which is based in Makati, Philippines.
Charie is a top caliber Staffing Executive with over 20+ years of experience and success within the field of recruitment. Her expertise lies with International Recruitment, Executive Search, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing in the areas of Business Development, Operations, Leadership, Strategic Recruitment, Event Management and Client Management/ Client Retention from a multinational manpower provider both local and abroad.
She gained experience and training from top Executive Searches, Overseas agencies and Hospital in the country. Prior to her current position, she started as the Operations Manager with MSR and has helped the company increase deployment by gaining more clients from 5 to 70+ as of today. With her passion in healthcare recruitment, she was able to bridge clients and jobseekers in landing their dream jobs abroad.


Yuji serves as the President of SMS Philippines Healthcare Solutions Inc. With nearly a decade of experience in post-merger integration (PMI) and management, Yuji began his career at Recruit Co., Ltd., a leading IT and human resources services company in Japan.
Following this, he transitioned to SMS Co., Ltd., where he oversaw the management of acquired companies in Malaysia and led the operations of Medical Staffing Resources, Inc., an acquired company in the Philippines.
Since 2021, Yuji has assumed the role of President at SMS Philippines Healthcare Solutions Inc., delivering specialized marketing services in the healthcare sector to clients including major consumer goods companies and over-the-counter pharmaceutical companies.


As Business Director, George will lead our MedComms in Singapore, building and deepening client partnerships, growing our footprint and enhancing digital solutions.
George brings over 15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare across APAC, the Middle East, the US and Latin America.
George’s professional bases have included the UK, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. He holds an MSc in Immunology and Allergy from The University of Nottingham and a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology (major in Human Health Science) from the University of Malaya. His continuous learning journey in business and brand management has garnered professional certificates from Harvard Business School, London Business School and The Open University.
Outside work, he enjoys reading, running, discovering local cuisine and mentoring rising talents.


Joseph is the Senior Manager of Business Development & Marketing at MIMS, where he oversees the Business Development for Clinical Decision Solutions (CDS) across Singapore, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, while leading the regional Marketing team. He drives market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth for Clinical Decision Support solutions, working closely with healthcare institutions, HIS vendors, and distribution partners across Asia.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning Big-4 advisory, financial planning & analysis, and regional B2B healthcare IT sales, Joseph brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution. He has led multi-country growth initiatives, pricing transformation programmes, and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.
Joseph holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Melbourne. He is passionate about building scalable commercial models, strengthening partner ecosystems, and positioning digital health solutions to enable safer medications and better patient care.


Hyun Jeong (Lydia) has been leading the Medical Marketing Group in KIMS since 2017. While working in the healthcare field for over 15 years, including KIMS and pharmaceutical companies, she has developed insights into Korea’s healthcare industry.
Since joining KIMS, she has been leading various projects through client-centric approach and innovative solutions. She contributed to the success of clients’ marketing activities by identifying their needs and proposing optimized solutions.
Under her leadership, KIMS Medical Marketing business unit has become a locally recognised agency – forging strategic partnerships and building its reputation for excellence.


As Business Director, Lup will oversee the operations in Thailand with a focus on sustainable growth for our MedComms, MPF and Listing business, through the development of our people and processes, to enable a competitive client-centric approach.
Lup is a highly experienced leader with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He graduated with a BSc Hons. in Medical Microbiology from Bristol University, UK.
A returning member of MIMS, Lup was previously the MIMS VP of MedComms and MPF for Hong Kong, (Taiwan, and Japan). Previously, he has held positions in both sales and marketing, locally, regionally, and globally for Boehringer Ingelheim, predominantly with an APAC focus. His last position was the Head of Business Excellence and Innovation (Commex) for AstraZeneca Thailand.


Ash is the Associate Business Director, Medical Communications for MIMS UAE business. He is Egyptian but also lived in many parts in the Middle East as well as Canada and Hungary. He is currently living in Dubai.
Ashraf has 25+ years of advertising experience across many sectors. His journey into healthcare started in 2016 when he launched Dubai Medical Tourism and then managed a huge activation for Bayer.
He worked in McCann Health and then Ogilvy Health. He previously worked on huge campaigns such as a global communication project for Meningitis (Pfizer), a 360 Comms campaign for Diabetes (Viatris) and won a yearly retainer for Allergan Aesthetic Business.
Ashraf likes to travel, especially to beach destinations and where kitesurfing is possible.


As Business Director, Tam oversees the business operations in Vietnam, aiming to expand our client footprint for our MedComms, Listings, MPF and related digital solutions, as well as strengthen our services capability.
She has more than 12 years’ working experience in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry. She graduated as a PhD in Medical Chemistry from Imperial College London, UK.
Prior to joining MIMS, Tam worked in various positions with a focus on business development, strategy, portfolio & launch management, and digital HCP engagement with big players such as AIA, MHD Pharma, Sanofi, Sandoz and Zuellig Pharma. Her last role was as Commercial Director of Docquity Vietnam.
