A massive congratulations to Ruby Schembri from Gilgandra Pharmacy, a truly well-deserved winner. Ruby has made a measurable difference to her rural community through education and clinical leadership. During her internship, she delivered vital contraception education to local students, led medication management seminars at the hospital, and increased vaccination uptake by 20% – personally delivering over 1,000 vaccinations to a community of 3,000.
