MIMS Pte Ltd has recently acquired two German companies in the global career business to further expand its recruitment business and to address the growing demand for medical and elderly care professionals in Germany.
In December 2022, MIMS acquired 100% stake at Care with Care GmbH (CWC) and Care Forward GmbH (CF). CWC provides recruiting service for foreign nurses to healthcare institutions in Germany. Meanwhile, CF provides qualification recognition support to these nurses which includes meeting the required level of German language mastery and passing the Qualification Recognition Measure to be eligible to work as a nurse in Germany.
It is projected that in 2035, there will be a shortage of 390,000 nurses in Germany. With these acquisitions, MIMS is well positioned to serve the market demand and be the go-to staffing partner for healthcare institutions and elderly care operators in the country.
